Morning Zen

Join us, before you jump into the worlds race. Learn how to access and maintain your inner peace regardless of what is happening around you. You will feel more calm, productive, focused and joyful all day long. 

Mindful Breath 

This class teaches breathing techniques that are sure to create more balance and harmony in the body. The breath releases stuck energy and other stresses stored in the body, allowing one to tune into their own healing needs and abilities. Results are often described as greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss. It's a wild ride. We love it! Just breathe. It is that simple.

Yoga Nidra

 This is one of the most powerful and effective styles of meditation. It is a sleep-based meditation for shifting consciousness. It is a deep rest meditation laying down or sitting. One will feel as though they have had a couple of hours of sleep and feel content and relaxed. Great for stress management and reduction. We are able to insert powerful intentions into the subconscious mind and bring more relaxation, peace, joy, love and safety into our day-to-day lives with this technique.

Mantra Meditation

Chanting a mantra or affirmation out loud. This is a wonderful method to shift neural pathways into greater joy, bliss, confidence and love. Hearing our own voice chanting mantra allows for great transformation of limiting beliefs into expanded experiences of consciousness.

Stress Less

We live in a world that constantly demands our attention and awareness. Our focus is rarely with ourselves. Take the time to let your worries erase and stress settle. We promise your to-do list will still be there, but your new found clarity will help you flow through it more calmly. 

Mindful Sensations

In this class we will focus your mind in a sweeping form from head to toe and then back again from toe to head. Noticing if you have any physical sensations in the body, any painful sensations. Just noticing the sensations. Not push the unpleasant sensations away, just watching (observing with the mind) them. This practice is awareness and equanimity (balanced mind clinging to nothing). You will notice the impermanent nature of all these sensations. You will also notice that there is no permanent self to be found in your mind-body analysis through the contemplation of sensations. Thus, the meditator discovers reality for himself / herself.


Enjoy a heart opening meditation class designed to uplift your spirit and energy while simultaneously opening and balancing the chakras. The Guide will intuitively select an essential oil blend to use during the class that will be inhaled and applied to each person. This class will include a guided meditation to open the class. Soothing music will be played while in passive meditation.

Rediscover Divinity

Use grounding techniques and breath work to drop into the present moment and rediscover your divinity. The awareness brought forth from the simple, effective meditation empowers us to live fulfilled lives and be good stewards of our shared experience.

Enlightened Kids

This class is for ages 6-12yrs old. We will be exploring the breath and different techniques to help our children better understand their feelings and emotions. Meditation for children is proven to have profound benefits such as increased focus, attention, creativity, confidence, communication, and overall feeling of well-being. Join us at Enlightened Meditation every Saturday at 1:30! Please arrive 15min early to allow time to get checked in.

Loving Kindness

The universe is centered around love, kindness, compassion and empathy, for ourselves and for one another. Together, we can learn to erase our false views, egos, insecurities, and judgements. Together, we can be harmonious and live the life of love that was intended for us.

Body Scan

Learn how to develop the faculties within yourself by attending to sensations and subsurface feelings in your body. Become more body oriented and gain a greater capacity for self knowledge and wisdom about life. The class will  starting with Anapana breath concentration and lead into a journey through the body in Vipassana. Class lead by a psychotherapist and Zen teacher.  

Breath Of Fire

This meditation uses a rapid breath technique that allows us to fully oxygenate as well as raise Kundalini (theenergy of consciousness).This meditation is one part breath, one part focus on chakra’s and one part relaxation. As we open the chakra’s (energy centers of the body) we raise Kundalini. This practice helps us to raise our consciousness into greater states of bliss, and love.

Enlightened Sound

Renew yourself in a stream of pure sound waves. A current of sound washes through the body and soothes the mind for an experience that is truly beyond words. Pure vibrations create space for a free flow of energy with the supernatural sounds in perfect harmony. Align and shine.

Enlightened 30

Enlightened 30 is our signature meditation designed to be slightly shorter for the person on the go. In 30 minutes you will be guided through breath and body awareness, inspired by short life lessons and learn techniques you can carry throughout your day. This is meditation minimalism.

Chakra Alignment

There are seven chakras that run down the body's midline from the base of the spine to the tippy top of the head. As energy moves through us, these chakras are thought to act as gatekeepers for their respective areas. When these ingrained traffic lights, so to speak, are running smoothly, our energy and vitality can flow freely to where it is most needed. When a chakra is blocked, though, energy can get stuck and manifests as discomfort. In this class you will learn to unblock the chakras and move the energy smoothly through the chakras

Rhythmic Breath

In this class, we invite you to use a breathing pattern to enter a state of deep peace and relaxation. The class will begin with instructions on how to breathe in this session and will use musical instruments to guide you.
